Hello [FIRST NAME GOES HERE],
Summer has brought some shifts. In energy, in client schedules, in my own rhythm. If you’re feeling the unpredictability in your own life too, I just want to say: me too. 🌀
In my coaching world, some clients are wrapping up, which is always incredible to witness. It’s a natural part of the coaching arc, and I’m so proud of the work they’ve done. At the same time, there’s a quiet ache that comes with those goodbyes. I’ve been noticing how sensitive I am to change lately, even when it’s positive. The gaps left behind invite reflection, recalibration, and a little vulnerability as I think about what’s next.
So I’ve been letting myself sit with it, this uncertainty, and seeing what supports me as I plan forward.
Here’s a little life-and-brain update:
🧠 Protein & floating: I’ve upped my protein intake (a surprising little win!) and have been doing more floating therapy. My body’s feeling better, but it’s also a bit strange to feel good when my brain is in worry-mode. I’m learning to let the good feelings land.
🌟 Visibility efforts: I’m slowly stretching into more visibility. I submitted a proposal to speak at a local evening event, signed up to feature my business at a Chamber of Commerce morning meeting, and just started working with a business coach for the next three months. It’s a bit of a stretch, but also feels like a move toward alignment.
🎙️ Podcast guest spot: I’ve been a guest on the From Stuck to Started podcast, chatting with another ADHD coach I met at a conference last fall. You can listen here:
🧑🤝🧑 More people time: I’m craving in-person connection, so I’m pushing myself (gently) to go to more networking events, reach out, follow up, and not hide in my cave.
🌱 Group coaching reboot: I’m using the quieter summer space to map out some group offerings. Nothing fully formed yet, but some good seeds are germinating. (Got something you’re hoping to see in a group format? Hit reply and tell me!)
I’m trying to say “yes” to what brings warmth, connection, movement—anything that nudges me toward hope, even when I don’t have a clear map.
What is your body or brain saying yes to lately?
I’d love to hear, if you feel like sharing.
With curiosity and courage,
