
Happy New Year! (a few weeks late, but life happened!)
I don’t know about you, but I haven’t liked to start the new year by making a resolution. Why? Because I often picked a resolution like I’d like to do more marketing or exercise more consistently that ended up being a much larger—and super ambiguous-type of goal than I expected. I’ve often been unsuccessful at these resolutions because those goals often required a lot more steps than my motivation could carry me through. Enter Tiny Habits®!
I discovered Tiny Habits® in 2021 and found that by breaking up the steps of my long-term goals into bite sized pieces, I became much more successful.
Stanford behavior scientist and New York Times best-selling author B.J. Fogg is the creator of this method. Tiny Habits® focus on creating mini-habits that will grow into full-sized ones. By focusing on creating successful behaviors that take less than 30 seconds, you can set yourself up to change your world!
I was so excited by the process and neuroscience that explained HOW to built the habits, that I got certified so I could help others.
· If you’re interested in dipping your toe into Tiny Habits®, consider doing the 5-day FREE Tiny Habits® by email . You’ll need about 20 minutes on Saturday or Sunday to learn the basics and get started in about 25 minutes total. On Monday, you’ll practice your new habit for 5 days. Each afternoon, Monday through Friday, you’ll receive an email from me checking in with you. Through this process, you’ll discover what works for you and what doesn’t.
