Alan Brown is a cool guy.  He also happens to be a successful entrepreneur and coach with ADHD.  He’s put together a series of informative, fast paced videos on techniques for dealing with ADD.  They’re simple, and build off each other.  I like his approach and think you might, too.  I’ve enjoyed watching the videos and have added a few of his strategies to my own.
