What’s Body Doubling?
It’s simple: I work alongside you—virtually or in person—while you tackle whatever’s on your plate. My presence isn’t about pressure or judgment. It’s about helping you stay on track, focused, and moving forward, even when your brain wants to do everything but the task at hand.
During our session, I’ll:
- Sit with you in real time as you work through tasks, projects, or creative ideas
- Offer gentle check-ins and accountability to help you keep your focus
- Celebrate your wins (big or small) so momentum sticks
- Notice patterns in how your attention and energy shift—and help you use that info to plan smarter next time
